Wound healing through Ayurveda

Patient named Premavathy ,aged 56 yrs, came to our OPD with a huge boil and inflammed swollen limb.
Initially , topical application with internal medications were given and the patient was admitted in our IP ward.
Later, after the boil ruptured a deep wound with slough was present,with thorough wound dressing with ayurvedic modalities for a period of 1 month along with our internal medications ,the wound healed completely.
